• school supplies being purchased, labeled, and excitedly packed into new backpacks
• a fresh coat of paint for the upstairs office/playroom
• art projects for the kids & crafty projects for me
• many Ramona chapters read aloud
• banana and blueberry smoothies
• attempts at school year bedtime and wake-up times in preparation for next week
• WAY too much arguing between Gracie and Luke
• hours of playtime for Drew with his Little People and their school bus and airplane
