{their playhouse}
I think I already shared that last month Grace and I stumbled upon a plastic playhouse at a garage sale that the owners just wanted to be rid of. There was no listed price and the owner encouraged me to name my price. I tentatively offered $25 and she surprised me by smiling and saying "sold!" We brought it home and the kids had a ball cleaning it up and putting it together.
This could be the end of the story…. if Gracie and I were not HGTV junkies. :)
Just because….. our playhouse got a little makeover. Some spray paint designed for plastic (there was actually a picture of a similar playhouse on the can of spray paint- we'll see how long it lasts!), a potted plant, an address sign, and a bunting, and all of the sudden the little playhouse looked a little cuter.
This tiny little playhouse has seen many a meeting over popsicles so far this summer. It amuses me to see all four kids squeezed in there, but they do it.
