Twelve minutes to locate sleds and put on four sets of boots, snow pants, coats, hats, gloves, and scarves….. for eight minutes of play time outside before declaring it too cold….. for ten minutes of clean up of wet gear and wet floors.

Even if the math doesn't quite work out, these pictures make it worth it.
