{seeing}

Things I have been seeing too much of lately-

1. people behaving rudely to others (Is it the time if year? People in public just seem cranky lately.)
2. numbers getting higher and higher on the scale (Yep, I know it is for a good reason, but it still doesn't make it any more fun.)
3. an empty left side of my bed. (Ben has been traveling entirely too much.)
4. 3:00 in the morning (Hello, pregnancy insomnia. I was hoping you wouldn't return this time around.)
5. 5:15 in the morning (Hello, Drew's new wake-up time.)

Things I could never see too much of-

1. Gracie belting out the songs to her new Taylor Swift CD
2. Drew wearing cute little big boy underwear
3. Luke reading books to his little brother
4. fun surprises that come in the mail (Thanks, Patti, for yesterday's Amazon delivery!)
5. the excitement of the kids when Ben arrives home from a trip
6. a house full of friends over for a playdate (so glad we are finally getting to know some nice families here!)

Happy Tuesday morning, all! It's going to be a good day around here, I can already tell. Drew is headed to Mother's Day Out for the first Tuesday in four weeks and I am planning on parking my behind in Borders for at least an hour of quiet bliss. It's the little things, right?
