Mother's Day 2014

Mother's Day 2014 highlights-

• spa & tea at preschool with Drew
• a fun afternoon of shopping, Starbucks, and pedicures with Gracie
• sleeping in until the amazingly late hour of 8:00 and then getting gifted with touching homemade gifts while I had my morning coffee- with my girls in dresses and my little boys in suits, no less! 
• a morning at the Missouri Botanical Gardens
• lunch at home grilled out by Ben
• time in the yard

(It is also worth remembering that Luke and I have a Mother's Day date soon for dinner and a movie, but the movie we want to see does not come out until next weekend.)

It was a sweet Mother's Day with the four little people who make me love being a mama. 

I wish the same for all of the women in my life- the mothers and the grandmothers and the aunts and the  great aunts…. all of the women who love on and mother my children. Thank you for all that you do! It takes a village!
