Do you know those days that are just so good and easy that you wish every day could be the same?
We're having one. :)
The kids are home from school today and busy creating last minute goodies for some of their favorite people. We went and met Ben for lunch and then Drew went down for a nice, long nap- 2.5 + hours and counting. The van is now packed (one of my least favorite jobs on the planet), so now I am set to enjoy our family Christmas this evening before the trip tomorrow. We have a yummy meal and lots of cookie- making to look forward to tonight as well as the fun of watching the kids open their presents from us. The Christmas playlist has been on all day and everyone is in a good mood.
It just feels like Christmas and my heart is happy.
