I am a sap when it comes to my kids, so it takes to very little to make me turn into a puddle of mush on the floor when it concerns those four. One of the things that tugs at my heartstrings the most is when I catch them being good to one another when nobody else is around.
Yesterday I walked into the living room to find Drew reading a new book to Katie. It made my heart smile.

This morning I grabbed my camera when Gracie was sharing some of her new yarn with Katie so Katie could "knit" too. As Katie enthusiastically wound the yarn around and around the needle, Gracie leaned over and kissed her head and said, "Good job, Katie!"
I don't have any photographs to share for Luke, but man is that boy sweet to his baby sister! He is forever giving her a piggy back ride or sharing his stuffed animals with her (including the brand new Pokemon he just spent his allowance money on) or letting her climb all over him while he is trying to read or watch TV.
I kind of like these kids of mine. I think I'll keep them.
