Yesterday morning in the middle of a bit of brother noisiness in the kitchen, I looked in the direction of my bedroom and saw these two sitting on the floor together getting ready for the day. Gracie is the resident Katie hairstylist these days and Katie loves every second of it. My heart melts when I see these little moments of sister sweetness.

I was 9 when Barb was born and I loved having a baby sister from the minute she was born. It sounds like a big age gap - but it isn't. I know they will remain close and in 50 years they can visit New York together!! Sisters - big and little - rock!!!
