---weekending---
Oh, family weekends, you make me happy.
Some playtime with friends, a birthday party for one child, a Blue's game with friends for another child, a sleepover, some projects around the house, a date for Christmas shopping with my Gracie girl, two different pots of soup, some time in the kitchen with Gracie. playtime around the house, some crafts, being treated to a Sunday morning magic show/Christmas concert by the kids ....... our weekend was really good to us.
Last night while Ben and Luke were at the Blue's game and Drew was asleep for the night, the girls and I had fun with one of Gracie's sweet friends for a few hours. We popped popcorn and did crafts and they giggled and giggled. Before we knew it, it was 9:00 and time for the friend to get picked up. The fun evening was made better with a Hedenberg Girl Sleepover in the living room. We pulled out the couch bed and all snuggled together for the night. Katie was really excited and Gracie announced that it was the first of many, many sister sleepovers for the two of them. Such sweet memories that these girls give me.
Luke had a great time at his first Blue's game. He and several other classmates and their parents were invited to attend the game in a private suite. Talk about a great first experience of a hockey game!
