Paige & Emmy

We've been able to have lots of Emmy and Paige time this week. It occurred to me that we've not had this many hours of time to just play with these two cousins ever. The time that we are usually able to spend with them is often filled with holiday things or vacation activities or other big plans. To have four straight days to just play at our house, to eat meals together, to take bubbles baths, to read to one another...... Kate, especially, was soaking it all in.

The girls went back to Decatur with Chad late yesterday afternoon and my parents went up to the hospital to help Erin and Addison. Luke slept over at a friend's house and Gracie was still on her mission trip. The house that had been so full all week suddenly seemed so strangely quiet.

Addison is continuing her slow and rough road to recovery. She is a fighter, that Addison Clark!
