Neighbor Ice Cream Party

We had eight families from the neighborhood over this evening for an ice cream sundae party in the yard. It was the most laid-back, easy, no stress party I've had in a very long time.  The kids and I bought ice cream and LOTS of toppings after school on Friday, so all that was really left this afternoon was to clean up the yard and set out some chairs and blankets.  Everyone we invited could make it, and we enjoyed spending time with some wonderful people.

I was too busy in host mode throughout the party and only took one or two pictures at the beginning of the night, but was thrilled to pick up my camera at the end of the party to see that Grace had taken all of these shots. Love having another photographer in the family!
