overheard over watermelon

Just now as I was cleaning up dishes and the kids were eating their afternoon snack, the kids were talking about next year. Gracie and Luke were full of facts for Drew about kindergarten and about the way the school works. They told him about the school library, the computer room, the kindergarten teachers, and the playground. When they started telling him about lunch, Drew interrupted and asked in the cutest way, "Luke, can I eat lunch with you and your friends?"

Gracie and I both said, "Awww." at the same time in the same way. :)
