a {very} HaPPy LisT

• It is Friday. Yay! You might think that since I do not leave the house for work, every day is like a weekend to me. Very wrong.
• Drew and I just sat at the table and colored together for about thirty minutes while listening to Christmas music. His attention span is getting longer and he now colors in the lines. Very cool.
• The Christmas tree and decorations are up. Very festive.
• My grocery store finally, finally started carrying the holiday coffee creamers. Oh my goodness, have you tried the pumpkin spice or the warm cinnamon sugar cookie? Very delicious.
• I rented two movies I have been waiting to see for a while- Water For Elephants and Crazy Stupid Love. We don't get to the theatre often, so I generally have to wait until a movie I want to see comes out on DVD. Very excited.
• The laundry is, at least momentarily, all caught up. Not necessarily all put away, but at least out of suitcases and cleaned. Very satisfying.
• Drew just held up a picture he drew and asked, "Is this a little adorable or a lot adorable?" Very healthy self -esteem. ;)
• I couldn't resist picking up some happy little Santa pajamas for Miss Katie. She may just wear them every night until Christmas. Very cute.
• I told Drew we could bake some pumpkin and raisin muffins this afternoon. Very worth the calories.
• The kids brought home really, really great report cards. Very proud.
