{sweet}

Sometimes life gives me sweet little moments that I wish I could tuck away in my pocket and keep forever.

Like this morning- Drew keeps writing notes on paper and bringing them to me for baby Kate. He'll scribble for a second and then walk it over to me and say, "This says 'I love you, baby Tatie'" or "This says 'I am your big brother.'"

Or yesterday- I walked into the basement to see Gracie, Luke, and Drew all cuddled up together on Gracie's bed giggling about something.

Or over the weekend- Luke told me that he wants to grow up to have a family just like ours.

These sweet little moments remind me to appreciate all of the wonderful blessings I have been given- and almost erase moments like Drew tipping over the water fountain display in the Garden Center at Home Depot last night, drenching himself, and getting us some not-so-friendly looks. Almost. :)

Hope your day holds a sweet moment for you too!

Leslie,

CLEARLY Home Depot is at fault. They should know better. Why I've got a mind to call that store and demand an apology for getting my Drew all wet:)

Thank you for the smile and I'll see you on Thursday.

Love Dad
