{the moments that made 19 hours in the car worth it}
Laundry. Messy van. (A very, very, very messy van.) Two really tired kids home from school today- one with a sore throat and headache, one with pink eye. Full suitcases sitting by the door waiting to be unpacked.
Yep, we are home.
Despite the hassle of the trip (we might have to rethink two full days in the car for only three days in Decatur....), it was a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend full of good times with the people we love.

- meeting my sweet new niece
- a date with Ben for dinner and Christmas shopping
- watching my mom take her girls Angel Tree shopping
- watching the kids with their grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins
- wonderful food all weekend long
- seeing Tangled with Erin, Gracie, and Addison
- going out with friends on Friday night
- visiting Santa and having storytime with Mrs. Clause
