Kate's fifth birthday party

We hosted three of Katie's good friends on Saturday morning for a baking birthday party. 

Oh, the sweetness.

The girls decorated aprons and chef hats and then each decorated their own heart shaped cake. They were quite into the task and FILLED those cakes with sprinkles, Skittles, mini chocolate chips, and lots and lots of icing. The cakes were quite heavy once finished!

It was a lovely little party with four very sweet (and calm and adorable) little girls. What a perfect way to celebrate turning five!
