a few of the things going on in our world-----

• Pretty spring-like days over the weekend meant hours outdoors. We took a couple of long walks with Bear. We played in the driveway. We appreciated NOT wearing coats, gloves, and hats as we ran some errands and went out to lunch on Saturday. 
• I went to a Craft & Cocktail Night on Saturday night with some friends. The event was held in the back party room of a local bookstore. It was a great time and something I'd like to do again in the future. 
• Luke had his last basketball game of the season on Saturday. Emails are already starting up about baseball and softball practice. 
• Ben and Luke went to Luke's Blue and Gold Ceremony for Scouts on Friday night. 
• The kids are very excited about our upcoming Spring Break road trip. I haven't told them where we are going, but have given them some clues so far. The guessing and anticipation have made them even more eager for the end of the school day on Thursday. 
• Ben's biggest work event of the year is this Friday. He is in crunch time to finish the last minute details and has been putting in ALOT of hours of work.
