Katie & Drew on a cozy Monday at home
My heart is happy listening to Kate and Drew playing restaurant together.
THEY ARE GETTING ALONG!! THEY ARE GETTING ALONG!!
The relationship between these two is not always smooth. The fault lies in both of them. Drew has no patience for her and she can't understand why he doesn't find her adorable. They can laugh together and be so silly, but they can also scream and cry and argue like no other combo in this house.
Drew is home from school today trying to get over a cold. It's the perfect amount of sickness, really- too sick to go to school but not sick enough to just need to rest. They have drawn pictures, played dress up, watched cartoons, and played with the kitchen set. They had a ball playing rocket ship in the living room with Bear. They giggled at lunchtime and cuddled during their cartoon.
Drew is always in such a rush to be a big kid when Luke is around, but when it is just Drew and Katie, he gets to be his age. I love it and I think he does too.

| I caught this moments ago. LOVE little moments of sweet conversation. Here they were having a serious discussion about where their rocket ship was going to land first. :) |
