{huh?}

I'd like to thank Luke for keeping a routine check up interesting. While looking in Luke's ear this morning, our pediatrician noticed something out of the ordinary. Luckily, he was able to easily and painlessly pull it out with tweezers, so the whole situation just left us shaking our heads and giggling. How in the world does a nine year old boy get a rubber band stuck in his ear and not realize that it is there? All Luke had to say for himself was, "Huh? How did that get in there??"

Our doctor said it was a new one for his collection of small objects pulled out of ears and noses.
