I was an ISFJ, too - I have always been an INFJ in the past. Maybe working around scientists for so long has changed me from intuitive to sensing! We did this test one time here in Research and the majority of people were ISFJ's. I think Sandi and Bridget were this type, too. Very interesting...

I am an ISTJ this time. I have never been an F i don't think but there are times that I go between S and N and in fact when filling out this one there were questions I believed tied to that category that I could have gone either way.

after reading the types I believe that I was right I kind of straddle the fence on the second one because even though INTJ really fits my personality (and profession) and I rely heavy on Facts (sensing) I also have to be a big picture type of person (Intuition) it's probably that middle of the road part that makes me different than most computer programmers.

It said I lacked any personality:)
I was pegged as ENFJ

When I have more time I will go and see what that means.

I am either a ESFP "entertainer" or
ENTP: "Inventor".

It depends on a couple of answers and my mood for the daty
Once an ESFJ always an ESFJ. I was happy to see Special Education Teacher on the list of careers, guess I made the right choice!

Python came in as a "ESFJ". Christ!!!! does that make Barb and I a pair of matched A*****es??? Just shoot me now.

Brid, I am also a member of the ISTJ club and I hink that is what I usually get when I take this type of test. In reading the description I had to laugh, since phys ed teacher was one of the choices. NOT. The accountant part is probably about right though. I have been accused of being pretty black and white. Sandi

I am an ENFP "Journalist". I got a kick out of the fact that it said I'd be good in politics! I think at times I tend to be too politically outspoken, lol. I found it especially interesting because when I took this test in college I was an INFP. I once took a class entitled "Intrinsic Motivaton and Self-Appreciation". Maybe that was my changing point :)

I forgot that Sandi and Bridget were ISTJs and NOT ISFJ. ISTJs are the majority of personality types in the scientific community - feelings and emotions are NOT part of the equation!

Wait a minute. Bridget and I have feelings and emotions, we just don't allow them to interfere with our stellar judgement. Right, Briget?
If you can't prove it to us logically and back it up with facts, the hell with you! Sandi
Oh, and we are only 6% of the population, so we must be special.

I wasn't talking about you not having feelings, big sister - although Bridget can be a little cold hearted sometimes!!I know that you are really soft and gooey on the inside!

nice, I had the same reaction as Sandi at first when you said emotions were not part of the equation but decided not to comment on it because I knew that was not what you really meant. Guess I should have. Unfortunatly emotions have been making more decisions lately then usual.
