{our week so far}

playing in the leaves,
working on invitations for an Avengers birthday party for the almost-eight year old of the house,
reading the same twenty Halloween books over and over (and over) again to the four year old of the house,
driving the soccer players in the family back and forth to the Soccerdome,
baking and baking and baking,
beginning another house project (hello, gross front porch and peeling exterior windows!) and wrapping up a few others,
getting to know a new babysitter (one of my former third graders- how wonderful is that?),
enjoying a date night,
enjoying a fun field trip to the planetarium (Luke),
enjoying the beginning of the choir season (Gracie),
feeling pretty excited about a half day of school tomorrow,
looking forward to afternoon playdate with a new friend (Luke),
excited for fun weekend plans,
marveling at how long my boys can sit and draw together,
feeling pretty happy.
