I am feeling grateful for so many things today.......
Grateful for family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers who filled our home last night for a housewarming party.
Grateful for a really nice day with my parents today. In fact, so grateful for my parents in general.
Grateful for a husband who loves to cook on Sundays. I always love the day off, but after all of the cooking and baking I did yesterday for the party, today it is even more appreciated.
Grateful for beautiful, sunny fall days. Today's weather was perfection.
Grateful to live in the kind of neighborhood where neighbors "boo" each other in October. One nice neighbor left a poem and bag of treats on our porch and we got to sneakily return the favor to two more neighbors just a bit ago.
Grateful for huge hugs and kisses from Katie and Drew after I returned from being away from them for a few hours. My parents and I took the big kids out to lunch and to the mall and then I went to book club for a bit. When I returned, Drew planted kisses on me like I had been gone a couple of days. :)
Grateful for some fun plans on the calendar this week including a Family Night at Drew's preschool and the 4th grade concert at the elementary school.
Grateful for plans of a quiet evening at home with my family. Life has been pretty busy around here and we are all ready for an early bedtime this evening.
