Thanks to the wonders of technology, I am updating the blog while driving to Knoxville. We left Decatur around nine this morning and have been in the car all day, short of one stop for lunch in Louisville. Despite the hours of car time, we're not having too bad of a day- there are definitely worse ways to spend Valentine's Day than talking and listening to music with your spouse. I'm not naive, though, I know this drive won't be quite so easy when we have our three extra little passengers in the van! :)

We had a great night last night with a group of good friends. Ten of us went out to dinner at Bizou and then went to Katz for martinis. I had a wonderful time and will share pictures when I get a chance. While we were out, Luke got to have a sleepover with Addison at my parent's house and Gracie and Drew had fun with Patti and Paul. All in all, a great Saturday night for all of us.

We have about 100 more miles to go before reaching Knoxville. We're planning on taking advantage of our situation and heading out tonight to celebrate Valentine's Day in our new town. We meet with our realtor first thing in the morning and will spend the day exploring and looking at eleven homes. I can't wait.

While we are searching for a new home with our Knoxville realtor, our Zionsville realtor is busy trying to sell our house. We've had three showings and an Open House. We're crossing our fingers that someone will walk through and fall in love with it the way that we did three years ago.

Happy Valentine's Day!

The best place to stop on that drive is Man O War exit right outside of Lexington. They have a Starbucks/Chick fil A, etc...

ps Dont forget to check out Turkey Creek!
