{reasons to celebrate}

I am ecstatic to share the news that we have an offer on our house!!  WOO HOO!!!!!!!

There is a HUGE weight lifted off of my shoulders and a permanent grin on my face.

Ben just got back in town and now we have two things to celebrate tonight. There may be a great deal of wine enjoyed tonight at our house! :)
