{Citizenship Award}

Ben and I had a great time attending an assembly this morning at Gracie's school.
We were so proud of our girl- she was her classroom's recipient of the school's Citizenship Award.




Her teacher emailed me a couple of weeks ago to let me know Grace would be honored and suggested I keep it a secret from her. I am so glad I did; the look on Gracie's face first when her name was called and second when she realized that Ben, Katie, and I were in the audience was just great! So much fun!

Gracie learned very quickly not to listen to everything her Papa says! We are very proud of you, sweetie pie and happy that you have such a great teacher who recognizes what a wonderful kid you are. Wish we could have been there too...
