{weekend in French Lick, Indiana}

Ben had to be in French Lick, Indiana for a long weekend of work, so the kids and I decided to tag along and have some fun too. We were thrilled to be joined by my mom and dad- they made it so much more fun and kept me company while Ben was busy with work obligations. We filled our time at the massive resort by exploring all of the fun things to do- a video arcade, shops, restaurants, a bowling alley, a swimming pool, and a casino all on site. We ventured off to other local areas to visit a train museum and a cave. The cave was the first that Gracie and Luke had seen and they were completely in awe.

It was such a nice weekend and a perfect way to sneak in a visit with my parents without making the long, long car drive back to Decatur. We were all a little sad to see the weekend end.
