Drew at six months old:

• weighs seventeen pounds and ten ounces (in the fiftieth percentile for his age)




• is twenty eight inches long (in the ninety- fifth percentile for his age)




• loves to play with his toes




• can roll from tummy to back and back to tummy, but doesn't do either often




• is eating small servings of rice cereal once or twice a day




• nurses about every three hours




• is very social and seems happiest right in the middle of whatever is going on




• plays with his voice constantly




• loves his evening bath




• is quickly outgrowing his bouncy seat




• still has quite a problem with spitting up, but no longer seems to be in pain because of it




• has a strong grip and constantly reaches for whatever he wants




• can sit on his own for about ten seconds before slowly toppling over
