progress
A conversation with Luke in the car after taking Gracie to preschool:
Luke: You might need to tell Mr. Elephant about preschool because he is scared like I used to be.
(At this point my ears perk up because this is the most positive statement about preschool that Luke has made in three months.)
Me: OK, buddy. I'll tell him that preschool is so much fun. He can play with friends and listen to stories and play with toys and slide on the playground and...
Luke:(interrupting) I know, Mom, I told him already. He just doesn't know yet.
pause
Luke: I don't think stuffy preschool is as fun as my preschool is.
This is MAJOR progress for us.
