This morning Ben threw out the idea that we head downtown to watch the Cardinal's noon game. With no hesitation, we were all on board. I don't know that we've ever had more fun at a sporting event all six of us together. Everyone was in a great mood and into the game. Gone are the days of keeping Katie entertained; she was enjoying herself. It was the first time in a while I've been in bleacher seats and was very pleasantly surprised. It is a great place to really see the game, especially the plays in outfield. Bader made an amazing catch practically right in front of us that was one of the highlights of the game.
After the game we took our sweaty selves out for ice cream and declared it a perfect Sunday afternoon.
